Room available in a large 3 bed house

Large house (3 bedrooms) looking for a housemate to move in. All bills included in the £800pcm total.

The house is just off the main road which has regular buses into the centre (including night bus route for a cheap late-night ride home!), plus the tram is 10 min walk. We also have a small drive to park a car. The landlords are super attentive if any issues.

You'd be sharing with me (professional) plus a student who is studying at Heriot-Watt and is away during term breaks (Christmas and Summer). The bathroom is next to your bedroom and would be shared with the other housemate, since I have an en-suite. We have a private back garden too.
