Double room in lovely central second floor flat

Spacious double room available in our 4 bed second floor flat close to public transport, the city centre and the St James Quarter with a shared living room, kitchen/dining room, bathroom and shower room. There is a shared back garden although it is a little tricky to access.
We both work full time and have plenty of interests so tend to be out a fair bit when not working. We have found ourselves with some extra space now that our two boys have flown the nest. We are sociable and relaxed and hoping to find a lovely person with whom to share our home.
Bills extra but happy to agree a reasonable ‘all inclusive’ rate if that is preferred.
