Double Room , Private Bathroom - Newhaven

I have a lovely room available in my flat, with views over the Forth from the bedroom window. Located in a modern development in Newhaven, approx 5-10 minute walk to the Newhaven tram stop, or a 1 minute walk to the nearest bus stop. Number 11 takes 25 minutes to Princes St.

There is a small double bed in the room (Size W120, L190). The exercise bike will be removed. The flat has 2 bathrooms - the bathroom pictured would be for the private use of the tenant, I use the other bathroom which is en suite.

Everything is included in the rent - no extras at all, so everything like Sky, Netflix, Wi-fi etc.

I have a fairly busy job in the city centre of Edinburgh so I work quite a lot, occasionally weekends, but mainly Mon-Fri.

Ideally I'd like someone who is fairly quiet and easy going.
