A double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (in a furnished flat) is available from May 1 near Slate-Ford, 5-minute walk from Lidl Slateford. A 10-minute walk from Other stores like Sainsbury, Aldi and several Asian shops. Several bus stops for 35, 34, 25, 3, 1, 33, 4, 44, are also nearby. It takes 10 min to reach Haymarket Station on a bus.

Please note that this double room is available for long term. Council Tax band = E. You will be sharing the common living & kitchen space with me. I am a working professional & work mainly from home. I work in a FinTech. In my free time, I go to the gym, read books, catch up with my mates, watch movies/series, and go for long walks.
I am a very outdoorsy & outgoing person so seeking a roommate who would have some mutual interest.
Total monthly payment including bills + Wifi + Council Tax = £850 to £950 (depends on the power bill).
