Lovely bedroom up for grabs

Hey there friends,

We’re on the look out for a new flatmate to fill a room of ours. The room itself is the double in a nice Georgian terraced flat with a high coved ceiling. It’s furnished with a Double Bed/Mattress, desk & desk chair, bedside table, a wardrobe and a bookcase and the room is available from 01/10/2025.

Currently we are Patrick, 30 from New Zealand, Cristina, 31 from Spain, and myself, 28 from London. I’m working for Accenture as a Consultant; Patrick’s a Musician and Cristina is a dental nurse.

I’m looking for someone who ideally I could become friends with just so that the flat feels a lot more homely. As for my hobbies, I love cooking, running, going to the gym, art, going out out, reading, pubs, and being outdoorsy. We’re not a party flat but we’re not against holding a few!

As for the rest of the flat, we have a living room, one WC/shower room and a small kitchen. The kitchen doesn’t really have much space for more than two people to cook at the same time but luckily it’s only frequented by myself :)

As for the other bits: The landlord doesn’t allow pets that can’t be kept in cages unfortunately and we can’t accept students for council tax reasons (unless you're willing to chip in). Bills should be around £100 a month. And you must be able to provide a UK guarantor.
