Very nice room with a view on the sixth floor at Vita Student Fountainbridge.
Fountainbridge is one of the most popular and luxurious student accommodations in Edinburgh, offering an great experience close to Edinburgh Castle and in walking distance from the University of Edinburgh.

I am looking for someone to takeover my contract which runs until the 13th of July as I only needed the apartment for the first semester. Takeover can start immediately. The contract will be directly between you and Vita Student. Important: Vita requires you to be a full-time student to rent the accommodation. Note that all bills are included in the price.

The room is one of the classic rooms with the following features:
- Kitchen – microwave oven, hob, sink, fridge freezer
- Ensuite bathroom – shower, mirror, sink, toilet
- Double bed
- Smart TV
- Desk and chair
