Really great location! Just under 15 minutes to Princes Street / Waverly Station. The flat has 3 bedrooms, a small living room, good sized kitchen and bathroom with bath and shower. We also have a small south facing garden, which gets the sun in the summer time!
Current flatmates are Shriya and Jenny aged 25 - 32. We are looking for someone who will fit well in the flat. We enjoy socialising in evenings together, but also have our own independent hobbies too.

Internet = 14.58
Council Tax = 94.67
