We have three double bedrooms to rent in our lovely cosy family home at the beautiful Waterfront area.
Your rent will include all bills, free Wi Fi, and access to the utility room, washing machine, kitchen, living room, and TV room.
There is plenty of on street free parking.
All rooms have double built-in wardrobes. Two rooms have their own en-suite shower rooms -please see photos (Room 1 and Room 2).
Room 3 shares a family bathroom and an additional toilet within the utility room.


The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need to prepare a meal and eat, including microwave, airfryer in addition to the fitted induction hob and electric oven. You are welcome to use everything in the kitchen and all kitchenware and equipment provided you keep everything clean and tidy.

Occupants are expected to maintain the shared areas clean and tidy at all times.

We are looking to host females preferably, for short or long stays.

**Double occupancy and friends invitations are not allowed.**

**Our home is alcohol and pork free.**


Transportation: We have great connections to all parts of Edinburgh via bus services;
bus stops for services (9 and 22) are right in front of the house. Bus stops for other services, including 8, 19 , 16 and the airport express service 200, are about 5 minutes walk from the house.
The Granton beach is 5 minutes walk away , with beautiful waterfront walk paths and lovely beaches all within walking distances.
