A spacious cosy single bedroom in a family home

We have a spare room to rent in our lovely cosy family home at the beautiful Waterfront area.
Your rent will include all bills and access to the utility room and kitchen. There’s a shared family bathroom and a toilet for your use.
Transportation: We have great connections to all parts of Edinburgh via bus services;
bus stops for services (9 and 22) are right in front of the house. Bus stops for other services, including 8, 19 , 16 and the airport express service 200, are about 5 minutes walk from the property.
The Granton beach is 5 minutes walk from the house, with beautiful waterfront walk paths and lovely beaches all within walking distances.

We are a family of five; my husband, myself, my mum is currently staying with us, and we have two lovely daughters. We are looking to host females only, preferably for short stays. Double occupancy and friends invitations are not allowed in the house. Our home is alcohol and pork free. Our guests are welcome to use the kitchen and all kitchenware provided they keep everything clean and tidy.
