Two cosy double rooms in a family home

We have two spare double bedrooms to rent in our lovely cosy family home at the beautiful Waterfront area.
Your rent will include all bills, free Wi Fi, and access to the utility room and kitchen. There’s a shared family bathroom and a toilet for your use.
Transportation: We have great connections to all parts of Edinburgh via bus services;
bus stops for services (9 and 22) are right in front of the house. Bus stops for other services, including 8, 19 , 16 and the airport express service 200, are about 5 minutes walk from the house.
The Granton beach is 5 minutes walk away , with beautiful waterfront walk paths and lovely beaches all within walking distances.

We are a family of five; my husband, myself and we have three lovely daughters. My husband works fulltime in England and only visits over weekends once a month or so. We are looking to host females only, for short or long stays.

**Double occupancy and friends invitations are not allowed.**

**Our home is alcohol and pork free.**

Our guests are welcome to use the kitchen and all kitchenware provided they keep everything clean and tidy.
