My beautiful 2 double bedroom flat is available to rent! I have lived here myself so everything in it, plus all appliances are a very high standard. I would like someone responsible and respectful to enjoy the space, make it their home, and hopefully love it as much as I did!
The location is amazing. Right on the water of Leith, great for cycling and car access to the city but it's less than 20 minute walk to the centre of Edinburgh.
The room with the double bunk in has now been switched to for a standard double bed. Although I do still have the bunk dismantled if you fancy getting the tools out!
I am a private landlord so all your rent goes towards having a nice place to live instead of paying agency fees. As I mentioned, this has been my home, and it's a loved place. I'd like it to be that for someone else too. I am flexible on rental terms, 1 year minimum would be ideal but if you're looking for a shorter term or for the Fringe for example I'm happy to consider so feel free to ask.
