Double room on Elm row in supportive flatshare

Rent: £325 pcm + bills split 3 ways (~£100 each)

Looking for someone to move in around mid-May with the potential to move in earlier.

The room:
A bright comfortable double room which is North West facing onto Elm Row. It's furnished with a king bed, desk, cupboard and a couple shelves.

The flat is very much on Elm row so all amenities nearby! Other than that you will be sharing a kitchen, living room and bathroom.

Us:
We’re two human presences in Sophie and Serena (both she/her) and two cats in Elvis (food driven) and Mitski (gorgeous). We're 28-30 yo-pros working in sustainable transport/cycling and mental health.

We love a good time but also want a calm place to relax and feel homey, so if you’re looking for a party flat, this isn’t it. Think dinner parties and boardgame nights with the occasional bash ;)

We’re both goofy and quite extroverted and like to think we strike the right balance between wholesome and kooky. It’s so important to us to have a supportive environment where we look out for each other and also respect boundaries. We enjoy cooking and Sophie is veggie. We're also very environmentally conscious and would really want a flatmate who also cares about such things. We’re quite social, independent women and open minded in general!

A previous icon/ flatmate set up a cleaning rota and regular check-ins and we’d like to stick to that too :)

You:
Looking for an age 26-35, woman, mostly extrovert, ~9-5 working hours, no students or couples.
