Hi! I am looking for a postgraduate student at University of Edinburgh to take over my student accommodation at O'Shea South. At only £153 per week or £660 per month. You can request to move in sooner than 20th Jan.

The bedroom has a large window, a single bed, bookshelf, work desk and chairs, as well as wardrobe. The flat is fully furnished with university accommodation appliances like 2 oves, a microwave, 2 fridges, sofa set, tv set, kettle and more. The heating system is great, so don't worry about the cold!
- 2 bathrooms to be shared among 6 flatmates with hot water.
- Unit is at a low level, easy access with just stairs or lift if you prefer. It's the same level from the Viewcraig Gardens entrance so very convenient if you walk to campus through Hutton Memorial of Viewcraig.
- There is a common games and hangout room, and self-service laundry.
- The main reception for University of Edinburgh student accommodations is just across the street at O'Shea North.
- 15 mins to St George Square/Central Campus and 7 mins from Cowgate where there is a lot of nightlife
- 5 mins from Pleasance Gym, 2 mins from St Leonard Swimming Pool
- 10 mins from Holyrood Park where the famous Arthur's Seat is
