Beautiful double rooms in unique flat on Dalry Rd

Hello,

I am currently in search for 2 flatmates who are looking for a place away from home. I’ve been living in this flat for over three years and have had plenty of people live here, some of which I have made lasting connections with. The flat has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the downstairs bathroom would be shared only by those living downstairs. I have my own bathroom upstairs which guests can use when they are visiting.

I love the location of the flat simply because of the convenience, there is a Lidl across the road and a co-op 3 mins away, there is a plethora of restaurants on Dalry Road which I have enjoyed and could recommend. Fountain park along with its gym, cinema & restaurants is just 10 min walk away.

There are buses which can take you to central Edinburgh and loads of other places including Universities around the city. The routes available on the bus top which is literally 30 secs away are: 25, 4, 44, 3, & 33. The flat has the fastest internet available in Edinburgh (945mps through Ethernet / 450 mps wireless). I pay all the bills through direct debit and although all utility bills will be included in your rent, council tax will be shared with those living in the flat. The flat is Council band C, and the council tax is usually £175pm which is £58 each p/m.

A little about me, I currently study textiles and fashion although I studied fine art in college. I enjoy painting and drawing in my spare time, I also go to the gym in Fountain park on a regular basis. I am sociable however I respect people’s time and understand it’s not always possible to get together and do things. On top of this I do believe that home should be a welcoming and peaceful place where you come to rest and recharge for the day ahead, this is why I’m not a fan of hosting parties too often. Your friends are of course welcome to come visit though and you can have them in your room as often as you like.
