Looking for a flatmate to move into this lovely flat on the 4th December. The flat is located just in front of the Union Canal (5 minutes away from Tollcross) and you will have use of your own bathroom. You will also be able to use the underground parking in case you own a car (1 parking space). The flat is pretty central, very close to Lothian Road and the Meadows and it's a very quiet neighborhood. The kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, washing machine etc).Bills would be approximately £200 each depending on the use of electricity/gas. I am leaving this flat as I will be relocating to a different country due to job commitment. you will be sharing the flat with a young male professional. At the moment there's only one single bed in the pictures but there's the possibility of adding one more single bed if the prospective tenant wishes to.
Any prospective tenant must pass all credit and reference checks to be considered. The prospective tenant will need to have a full time job in order to pass the employment checks. Sorry no students.
