All bills will be split equally - council tax (Band C), high speed wifi (350mbps), gas and electricity. These typically work out c.£125 a month(each), depending on the time of year.
🪑Room Details
The room has an ottoman double bed(underneath storage), bedside drawers, a wardrobe and a small amount of additional storage for shoes and jackets in the flat hallway cupboard. The room would ideally suit someone who does not have a significant amount of "Stuff".
🚗 Parking
There is on street parking and a parking permit for the zone can be obtained relatively cheaply from the council, if needed.
