Location details: Room has double bed with ensuite which includes a shower. Two window doors open to a small balcony. The flat has a small living room, large enough for a couple of guests. Kitchen with dining table. One long hallway with access to two storage areas and a common use bathroom. Two gated shared car park garages on either ground or first floor. Building lift, resident gym on the ground floor, mostly cardio machines with 4 weightlifting machines, one fob shared between us to access the gym.

Leith walk 5 mins away and supermarkets 10 mins walk away.

Current tenet: Myself Rory Gardner 29 years old. I’m looking for someone who likes similar hobbies to me, however this is not a requirement and happy to live with anyone who I get along with. I work at home most days except Wednesday when I go to the office. I work in IT support.

My hobbies are Kickboxing, gym weightlifting, board games, video games, Dungeons and dragons, Movies/TV, Watching F1, Disc Golf, Nights out with friends.

Flat etiquette: Be clean and tidy. Noise during weekdays will need to be monitored as I will be on meeting calls. Then when either one of us is asleep, be mindful of noise to not disturb each other.

I share most things in the flat such as a TV and drinks but I tend to do meal prep for the week so that is something I can’t share.
