I am looking for a flatmate to share our flat with.
The flat is located in the Marchmont area, conveniently located to the Finance District, and Edinburgh University. Haymarket Station is only a 15 minute walk away, and a similar short walk to Princess Street. There is ample street parking available with a permit, and also access to a well maintained shared garden.
With local shops, bars and restaurants nearby, there is lots of places to socialise and get food.
The interior of the flat has been renovated to offer a modern style of living with vintage style windows and original features.
The room offers a double bed with en suite, which includes a rainfall shower. There is also a separate formal dining room which can be used to work from home. All bills are included.
A little bit about me, I am a professional working in finance. My boyfriend is the same . I do keep a neat house and I tend like the place very clean so if you are similar then we will get on great. I enjoy a quiet laid back lifestyle with the occasional dinner or cocktail party.
The new flatmate should be either a mature student, post-graduate or a working professional.
The price of rent includes council tax, water/electric/gas, wifi, amazon prime so no hidden or extra costs to be added.
