Move in date from September 23. Room comes with double bed, desk, large cupboard and wardrobe. Fantastic area - very close walk to local shops, Tesco, Sainsbury’s and LIDL are 5 to 10 mins walk away. Walking distance to Waverley station. University gym and swimming pool are also very close by. And Arthur’s Seat is right on our doorstep with stunning views out towards the Crags from the living room. We are both PhD students (I am just finishing my PhD and the other flatmate is going into his second year). We are both friendly and tidy. Would be a great fit for a mature student or young professional. Ideally looking for long-term let of at least one year. Rent includes all bills, including council tax and TV license.
