I'm heading out of the city for the entire month of August so my bedroom will be available then.
The flat is located directly opposite Haymarket train & tram station (super super central).
The flat is modern, and cosy, and has 2 other people living there (my awesome flatmates). Also, super fast wifi and a big living room to enjoy :)
The room is available from the beginning of August until the end, and I'm ideally looking for someone to rent the room while I am away. All my personal belongings will be in storage.
Rent is £1450 for the month, which includes all bills (this is a great rate for the month of August when the Edinburgh Fringe Festival is on).
