The flat is a 15 minute walk from the centre of town with plenty parks and green space within a 10-15 min radius and the tram 10 mins away. Several amenities are close by.

Looking for a professional or mature student. Ideally you would be looking to rent for 3 months initially and we can go from there.

I work full time and enjoy being active, spending as much time as possible outdoors, as well as sociable drinks usually out of the flat. I am clean, tidy and respectful and would hope for the same in return in a relaxed, laid back and homely space.

Please note, this flat would not be suitable for someone with pet allergies as 2 well behaved pups are occasionally here.
