Hi. Good sized room with king sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in terraced house in residential area. Room for desk. Shared bathroom with over bath shower across the hall. Use of kitchen , garden, garage storage and sunny morning room. On street parking and very close to cycle paths. Looking for someone quiet but friendly on a temporary basis like a visiting Phd student. We can share details of previous lodgers if you’re interested. I work different hours most days so I’m in and out and happy to chat or not when I’m in! Ideal for Western General Hospital, St Columbas hospice, city centre and the seaside and on a great bus route. 20 mins to university and WGH. My partner (in profile picture) will also be staying on occasion along with our friendly golden lab. Available from November.
