Sharing 1 bathroom, 1 shower room and 1 WC. (3 toilets in total) Excellet wifi - and all bills included. The flat is professionally cleaned 3-4 times a month and beds changed every 2 weeks. Claire - the landlady, is on site most days. There is a friendly community living and working in the flat who regularly eat and hang out together.

Quiet central residence within 15 minutes walk of George Square, Princes Street and the Royal Mile and 2 minutes from buses (to Kings Buildings) supermarkets and cafes. This flat overlooks the Meadows (park) at the front and a quiet garden at the back and has a big well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. Usually booked for 1-4 months at a time, and occupied by students or professionals on short courses or just at the beginning or end of their stay.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Residents share a bathroom, shower room and WC ( 3 toilets). Currently 2 residents have set working hours.

All bills are included. (That means wifi, heating, Council Tax (the local property tax on residences. )

The flat and building are strictly non smoking. There is no smoking anywhere in the building or on the path to the front door. The smoking area is on the pavement outside the building - or in the park opposite the flat.
