Our charming four-bedroom flat offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in the heart of Polwarth.

The flat comprises of four double bedrooms, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen/living area (with a nice pantry). The room on offer has a lovely view of our shared garden, which our elderly neighbour enjoys taking care of, a large wardrobe, a desk, and a comfortable bed.

We are looking for a flatmate who enjoys a chat in the kitchen and a catch-up over coffee and cake, but also somebody who respects each other's personal space.

As young working professionals, we understand how tiring the days can be and try to be mindful of that which is why we also like to keep on top of cleaning and tidying each week. Most of all though, we just want a flatmate who cares about making this a home as much as we do and is looking to stay for the long term.

In terms of location, we are a 10-minute walk from Fountain Park and `Bruntsfield, with Morningside and The Meadows close by too. We have a bus stop across the road and a Margiotta and Scotmid on either end of the street.

Permit parking is also available.
