I'm advertising the beautiful double room in my apartment which will be available from 22nd December! Sadly my room mate is moving back to the US urgently and I'm looking for someone to commit to renting the flat from this date (move in date flexible).

2-bed flat on the top floor of a Victorian terraced, friendly building - quiet and respectful neighbours. Free on-street parking.

We are a 15-min walk from Leith, with great connections into the city centre. Rent is £697 a month; bills £160 a month (including council tax, water, broadband, elec/gas with Octopus Energy).

I'm looking for a roomie (guy or girl) who is sociable, friendly, and would like to build a friendship with their housemate. Ideally they also like some alone time and doing their own thing. I'm very clean and tidy, so looking for a fellow domestic god/goddess :) This is a non-negotiable!

A bit about me? I'm a 34 YO physio working in a private clinic. I'm half French/Scottish and love being active, gymming, cooking, dance, hiking, travel, going out or a chill lil Netflix soiree. I love hosting my friends for dinner parties and social nights. I have a great sense of humour and am very friendly, so if you're a silly sausage we'll get on.

I've very recently started a relationship following a long time as a single gal, and my partner currently lives abroad.
