Has front and back garden which gets the sun ☀️ , on street parking and in quiet area with good route to City centre on 26 or driving on bypass, 21 bus to leith and 45 to chambers st. Aldi 5 mins walk away.

Quiet house share looking for someone who is respectful of others sleeping/working as 1 of the flatmates is a nurse. Has new kitchen and bathroom, and lounge.

Move in date is May 1st. Flat share will end in June 2025. Ideally looking for someone who will stay for 1 year but it is a 4 week notice period if anything changes.

Room is 650 plus bills - council tax and bills are split equally monthly around £150 each at the moment in winter and less in Summer.
