Looking for a female flatmate (student)

I am looking for a flatmate preferably a female to move in. This is a two bedroom apartment with a common dining room, kitchen and a shared bathroom. You will get your own room and it is already furnished. The place is an apartment in Dalkeith. The rent per month is 500 excluding utility and wifi bill. I am looking for someone to move in long term preferably a year. Also, I am looking for a student for council tax purposes. Move in is by the 1st of April. Please contact me if interested.
