Spacious Double Room in 2 bedroom flat (Newington)

Hi all, I'm looking for someone to take over my flat in lovely Newington

Room description: Very central flat, 2 minutes to commonwealth pool gym, 10 minutes to University. Probably one of the largest bedrooms for an Edinburgh room. 3 months with potential opportunity for extension. So you could take over the flat after 3 months given that all goes well and you and my roommate get along.

You will be sharing with a male Psychology PhD student from Germany. He regularly goes to the gym and is a very reliable and ambitious person. He's also an absolute automotive nerd (he really loves cars!). He does neither drink nor smoke, so living the straight-edge lifestyle. Because he works quite a lot during the day, he prefers quiet times in the evening which he spends having dinner after gym and just doing some journaling. On weekends, he is either in the library doing research or going to different types of events.

About you:
Ideally, you would match with my flatmate well because he likes like-minded people. He'd appreciate someone who is also more quiet and not that much of a party person. Reliability and tidiness are very much appreciated.
