A double room will be available in this lovely 2 bed flat near city centre. The tenancy is through an agency, and you would be sharing with my friendly flatmate Rebecca. I am looking for a person to start the tenancy on 1st June, however move in date can be earlier if needed as I am moving out middle of May.
The flat is very spacious but homely with a good size kitchen (with pantry) and living room, with a cosy fireplace. It is fully furnished with double glazing windows, storage cupboards, and in a quiet street with bright views.
