Dimond duplex student apartment

This is a student apartment at IQ Elliott House. I am going to move out so I wanna find someone to take over it. For the transfer, you will sign a new contract with the official to rent the flat until the end of August. As for the start date, it is a bit flexible. Please message me for more information. Once you sign the contract, the apartment official and I will clean up the house for you.

The location is pretty good, only 5 minutes walk to find a Tesco or take buses and tram. With a 10-minute walk, you can go to the John Lewis and the prince street. For going to UoE George Square, you can take the bus 5/7/14/49, so it is convenient. The flat is under the bottom of Calton Hill and is quiet at night.
