This airy double bedroom in a charismatic old tenement benefits from a south facing window, in an amazing location close to the city, the royal mile, Holyrood Park, Easter Road & is situated in the heart of Abbeyhill. The flat is surrounded by wonderful, local & independent cafes, bars, grocers & deli’s, and is a five minute walk from the Meadowbank shopping park with Sainsbury’s & Lidl within reach.

Bus routes are accessible from the block, making it a convenient place to be located.

There is a new double bed & mattress in the bedroom, and the flat is cleaned weekly.

The kitchen and bathroom is shared with a tub/shower combo.

The flat is a shared & furnished flat, I’m currently living here and looking for someone to take the room on a temporary basis.
