Double room with stunning view of Arthur’s Seat

Looking for a tidy and friendly flatmate to move into this double room, with desk and large wardrobe, and great views of Arthur’s Seat. Current flatmate is moving abroad and so we are looking for someone to take over his room - we love living here as best of city life with nature on the doorstep - very close walk to local shops, Tesco and LIDL are 5 to 10 mins walk away, University gym and swimming pool are also very close by and Arthur’s Seat is right in front of the flat for those who like the outdoors. Flat has all usual amenities - good shower, washing machine, tumble drier etc. I live in one room but am on exchange as part of my university programme this year so won’t be in the flat during term time - you will be sharing the flatmate with young male professional who is a university sports coach. Would be a great fit for a mature student or young professional. Ideally looking for long-term let but open to short-term. Rent includes all bills, including council tax, WiFi and TV license.
