Hiii I'm a professional who moved to Edinburgh two years ago and recently bought my own 2b2b terraced house, therefore, looking for a female professional who is of similar hobbies to me to share the flat with me and my cat Oreo.

It is a terraced main-door maisonette with a private garden on McDonald road, neighbourhood is very quiet. It is a two-floor flat with open-plan kitchen/living room and a toilet on the lower floor and another toilet/shower/bath tub and two bedrooms on the upper floor.

Washer dryer, oven, big freezer and fridge, big Samsung TV all available.

The bedroom I'm looking to rent out is 9m^2 with a double closet and space to put a working desk. It is south-facing with daylight all day long, which is extremely precious in sunshine-deficient Edinburgh.

Externally there is a fully enclosed front garden, bin store, useful storage unit, and controlled on-street parking.

McDonald Road tram station is 5 min walk away, bus 10 is right at the footstep as well.

I'm super easygoing and have lots of interests and hobbies. Would allow occasional house parties and friends stayover if asked in advance.
