Tranquil double room with plenty of wardrobe space and private shower in a shared Victorian house in Newington. We're happily located in a leafy suburb only 10-15 minutes by bus from Waverly Station and Central Edinburgh, and with great transport links elsewhere.

If you're here for the THE EDINBURGH FRINGE FESTIVAL just hop on the bus or enjoy a longer walk into town. And if you want to relax and re-charge at home, Cameron Toll Shopping Centre is only a five minute walk and has two supermarkets and a variety of other shops.

My other housemate is a final-year vet student and her gorgeous kitty, both very relaxed and happy to be sociable when the mood arises. I work from home, and when I'm not in my home-office, I'm happy to be sociable over a cuppa or a meal in the kitchen.
