**Short-Term Let: Available from 18th April - 11th May**

We're renting out our modern and cosy flat, giving you exclusive access to the whole flat, from 18th April - 11th May, a period of 23 nights.

Situated by serene Harrison Park, the flat is on a very quiet and peaceful street. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all kitchenware, including a large fridge freezer, microwave, induction hob, washing machine and dishwasher.

A single trundle bed will be provided in the bedroom, and there's a fitted wardrobe for your clothes.

You'll have the place all to yourself as we'll be away. Although we're looking for someone responsible to look after the place while we're away.

This rental would suit someone who needs temporary accommodation whilst looking for something permanent or someone who's in the city for a short period.

Rent is £950 for the full duration of the stay, plus electricity and gas. If you're a duo seeking accommodation, we're open to considering it, though the price will be higher.

We would prefer someone to rent the flat for the full period but will consider shorter stays.
