**Short-Term Let: Available from 20th December - 17th January**

We're renting out our modern and cosy flat, from 20th December - 17th January, a period of 28 nights.

Situated by serene Harrison Park, the flat is on a very quiet and peaceful street.

You'll have the place all to yourself as we'll be away. Although we're looking for someone responsible to look after the place while we're away.

This rental would suit someone who needs temporary accommodation whilst looking for something permanent or someone who's in the city for a short period.

Rent is £1300 for the full duration of the stay, including bills. The flat is suitable for max 2 people.

The flat can also be rented for part of the period it's available.
