Double room Saughton Park

My partner and I, we have a place to rent out, the landlords will be us. We are looking for a person who wants to start the rent by the middle of April. I am a cabin crew, and my partner works in a restaurant. The place is on saughton Park, 15 mins from 100 bus routes airport and 5 mins from tram. Good city center links. Many buses routes to everywhere. It's a 3 bedroom house but will be only us and you. The other room could be use as storage or guest room. It has garden and parking outside and rooms for storage. We are looking for a 650 per month. We have a wee cat and looking for long term or short term and must be single occupancy
