Hello! I am looking for a University of Edinburgh postgraduate student to take over my lease in Pentland House as I am moving back home early.
The room is an en-suite with a 3/4 bed, also known as a small double, and located in the highly sought after area of Slateford/Gorgie. There are 5 other girls in the flat, but it is generally quiet as they are all kind and considerate.
Rent is £789 a month, all bills included and the lease ends August 31st. You would only have to pay £3,154.16 until the end of the lease, which is a steal considering the area and size of the room.
The building is brand new and the windows are large, meaning that there is beautiful natural lighting and modern facilities. There is a gym in the building, a music room, a common room, and events going on every other week for the residents hosted by the RAs. We even have a cat that is almost always sleeping in the common room.
I am looking for someone to move in ASAP so please contact me so that I can transfer the lease. I can arrange for you to come and see my room prior to moving in/accepting the lease.
