Spacious double room with en suite bathroom available for sub-letting throughout the month of April. Would provide a centrally-located stopgap for someone looking for a base whilst searching for more permanent accommodation options in Edinburgh.

The room includes a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and separate freestanding wardrobe. It sits on the top floor of a three-floor terraced house on a quiet mews lane tucked away in the centre of town, with swift and easy access to Haymarket, Princes Street, and Lothian Road, with the Meadows a mere 15 minute walk away.

The living room is spacious and equipped with a dining area and tv, whilst the kitchen has all the mod cons alongside a small homeworking station (currently used by yours truly). There is also a garage in which one can store bicycles.

The household is made up of young professionals, all of whom are easygoing and, frankly, a delight to live with. We have a paramedic, scientist, chef, and civil servant currently in residence, and, appropriately enough for what sounds like the start of a formulaic joke, we enjoy a good laugh together. Whilst busy during the week, we often have drinks or make meals together at the weekends.

Someone in a similar life stage to the current residents - either a postgraduate student or a young professional - would fit right in to the household dynamic.

Council tax band G; bills usually come to £130 per person per month.

As I am going travelling during April, the room is available from the 29th of March through the 1st of May.
