Comfortable Double Bedroom in Beautiful Flat.

Hello, I'm Duncan.

I'm looking for a flatmate to rent my spare double bedroom in a centrally located flat with excellent transport links. The flat is also just a short distance from Arthur's Seat and Meadowbank Sports Centre/gym.

About the Room & Flat:
Spacious double bedroom with a comfortable king-sized bed and a large built-in wardrobe.
Now includes a full-length mirror (not shown in photos).
The flat has three bedrooms, but my bedroom and study are at the opposite end, ensuring privacy.
Shared spaces include a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and washer-dryer.
The bedroom does not currently have a desk and chair, but I’d be happy to provide one if needed.

About Me & Who I’m Looking For:
I work as an economist, splitting my time between two days working from home and three days in the office. I'm quiet and tidy and looking for a flatmate who is likewise—someone who is respectful of shared spaces and enjoys a relaxed, comfortable home environment.
