Quiet central residence within 15 minutes walk of George Square, Princes Street and the Royal Mile and 2 minutes from buses (to Kings Buildings) supermarkets and cafes. This flat overlooks the Meadows (park) at the front and a quiet garden at the back and has a big well equipped kitchen with plenty of storage space. Usually booked for 1-4 months at a time, and occupied by students or professionals on short courses or just at the beginning or end of their stay.

Rooms are large and comfortable. Residents share a bathroom, shower room which are always available as the working hours of the residents are managed not to coincide. Currently only 2 residents have set working hours.

All bills are included. (That means wifi, heating, Council Tax (the local property tax on residences. There is an additional heating charge for increased temperature in your room if wanted.)

The flat and building are strictly non smoking. There is no smoking anywhere in the building or on the path to the front door. The smoking area is on the pavement outside the building - or in the park opposite the flat.

Current residents are from UK, Australia and Iran. An accountancy student who is also working. Semi pro footballer and part time sports management student, and Australian care worker recently relocated to Scotland.
