Hi potential flatmates :)
Due to unforeseen circumstances my current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for a new person to replace her ASAP.
The flat is located on the 5th floor and it has the balcony which is quite rare in Edinburgh. The building itself is in Bonnington area, very close to Pirling Park and Water of Leith.
The flat has an open plan kitchen/living/dining room which is very spacious and in the afternoon it gets a lot of sunshine (when there's sun :D). The living room has two sofa beds so it's great when you are having friends or family staying over. There's no gas in the flat, just electricity so we have the underfloor heating, apart from the bathroom where there's a towel radiator.
There's a secured underground car park space where I keep my motorbike but if you have a car there will be space for it. Also to point out there are Sheffield stands in the underground parking to keep your bike.
Bills/rent/ council tax (your share will be half of the amounts listed below):
The flat is Council Band E which is £2,569.91 a year for the entire flat.
Rent £1195/ a month
Internet: £26/ a month
Electricity: £150/ a month
Few words about myself:
I work as Graduate Architect so I'm working MON-FRI from the office. I'm very easy going person and I love spending time in nature (so if you are up for any hikes or wild camping you can count on me). For more than a year now I am finding joy in djembe drumming so please keep in mind that sometimes I practice in the flat. When it comes to my non music related hobbies I am a happy owner of Honda Cb500F which currently sits in the parking space waiting for the good weather 🙂 Also, I like to cook so I'm always happy to make some meals together 🙂 probably worth mentioning I'm vegetarian but I don't mind what other's eat as we all make our own choices in life.
