Huge Double Room available - Haymarket

Hi all,

We have a lovely double room becoming available at the end of April, as sadly our flatmate is moving back to Sicily.

The flat is in a great location, 5 minutes from Haymarket station, 15 minutes from the Meadows one way, and Princes Street the other, all in all, pretty good value for what it is. Our shared living room is big and light, the neighbours are unproblematic and the landlord actually fixes things when asked.

We're looking for a working housemate (for council tax purposes, (we're band E)) someone who's pretty chilled, up for doing things together, as we're a close-knit bunch and generally just cool and easy to live with! Also looking for people that keep things clean and tidy...

Bills range from £100-£140 each depending on the season.
