Massive Double In Central New Town

Moving out of my super central double room in New Town, Edinburgh at the beginning/Mid May, looking for someone to take the contract over. Preferably a postgrad/working professional. Super big room and great location, and you’d be living with the best flatmate ever.
Lived here for the past 3 and a half years, I love it but leaving as relocating.

Flatmate:
You’d be living with Meela, 22, she’s lovely and become one of my closest friends! She’s super easy to live with, so chilled and sociable but also super respectful of your space/alone time and a real girls girl; she loves having wine nights, cocktails or always there for even just a cup of tea etc!

AGENCY CHECK: Have to be earning 30X the monthly rent (770) or have savings which amount to that.
Or UK Guarantor who is earning 36x the monthly rent.

Room will be slightly furnished, willing to leave rail, desk, mirror for a slight cost.
