We are advertising 2 double bedrooms in a lovely area close to the centre. The rooms are available from March and we would like to find new flatmates as soon as possible.

The flat is located on several bus routes. The city centre, Edinburgh Uni, Kings Buildings, Cameron Toll shopping centre are easily accessible from here.

The flat is let by Swift Letting, Landlord registration number 11008/230/23560. Council tax (Band E), wifi and bills are not included in the rent. Students and professionals are both welcome to enquire.

Please note the landlord only accepts tenants who either:
- are in full time employment
- can provide a UK guarantor.
