My flat mate is moving out so I’m looking to fill a double room available in flat share just off Broughton street in town. It’s a great location with the St James Centre a stones throw away, bus and tram routes a couple of minutes walk away and lots of great coffee shops, cinema and gyms near by. It’s a 5 minute walk to princess street and George street, so very central and suuuper close and convenient!!

The flat comes with gas central heating, a well equipped kitchen, shared bathroom with electric shower and a shared living room.

The rent is 715 a month and bills are an additional 180 approximately.

A bit about your flatmate (Aleisha):
I’m an Australian speech therapist, I work for NHS Borders so I’m in at work most days, I enjoy chill evenings after work.
I’m fairly social and like getting to know people. I enjoy making dinner, having a wine, going walking/running or to the gym, checking out new bars for trivia or grabbing a coffee on the weekend. I’ve lived in shared houses for almost 10 years so I’m clean, tidy and respectful.

Looking for someone who has similar interest/vibe, keen to make the flat homely and comfortable 😌
