Room to let in flat on Ferry Road

I'm looking for a lodger for my spare room, in a two-bed flat on Ferry Road. It's a furnished, south-facing, double room. Includes:
- Double bed with pocket sprung mattress
- Two large built-in wardrobe/cupboards, one with lock
- Comfy chair
- Bookshelves
- Blackout blind

To share with me, my puppy and my cat. I work full-time from home and would ideally like to share with another professional woman. No couples, children, or additional pets.

Several supermarkets and a few corner shops nearby. Really good bus links - the 21, 27, 29, 37, 24 and 200 all pick up right outside the flat. Free on-street parking right outside. The flat is on the second floor and has a garden.

Rent is £450 a month plus council tax (band B) and utility bills. Move-in date would be around the middle of May. If you're interested please send me a message and let me know a bit about yourself.
