Independant Student Studio

Hi, I am a student who finds myself needing to move out sooner for personal reasons. I am searching for another tenant to take over my studio. Tenant MUST be a STUDENT with a valid student ID. The contract would be directly with Prestige Student living, I am only acting as an intermediate as it is my responsibility to find someone to replace me.

The studio is on the ground floor, with beautiful large windows with lots of natural sunlight. Comfortable double bed, desk, wardrobe, couch, Tv, Kitchen with microwave/oven, and stove. The bathroom is spacious with a decent shower. The property is on Montgomery street, perfect for accessing the city centre and right next to bus stops and tram (Mcdonald Road stop). Lots of amenities, including a cinema room, gym, laundry and drier, common room, study room. The porters are lovely and help with mail, fixing any damage or helping with general inquiries. Lots of events for students are organized every week. ALL BILLS INCLUDED, including wifi.

Flat is available from the 10th April 2024 till the end of August. The contract can be renewed for a full year if wanted (but you will have to see this with prestige student living themselves.)

I am willing to offer visits to view the place on selected dates, but I will only take on serious tenants as I still do currently live in there. If you need any more information, please let me know.
