Short term let in city centre, bills included

I’m looking to sublet my room for a couple weeks in June when I’m travelling. The house is located 5 mins from Waverley train station and about 7-10 mins from princes street. It’s a very central location (Canongate) and on one of the most beautiful streets in Edinburgh. There are plenty of bars, breakfast cafés and tourist shops right outside the apartment complex. The flat isn’t noisy and gets a lot of sun during the day. We have a balcony and a beautiful garden out front and in the back.
