Ensuite Room with Private Balcony

Hi,

I’m renting out the ensuite room in my flat.

You’ll be enjoying your own bathroom and a private balcony.

The room is fully furnished with a king-size bed, a large standing mirror, and a desk. It also has two spacious built-in wardrobes and faces south, so it gets plenty of natural light.

The flat is located next to the Water of Leith Walkway, making it a quiet and peaceful place to live.

The kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a washing/drying machine.

I work from home regularly and enjoy traveling and cooking. I’m looking for an easy-going but considerate flatmate, ideally someone who doesn’t work from home.
