Ensuite Room with Private Balcony

Hi,

I'm renting out the ensuite room in my flat. You will have your own bathroom and a private balcony.

The room is furnished with a king-size bed, a large standing mirror, and a desk.

It also has two well-proportioned built-in wardrobes.

The room faces south, so it receives plenty of sunlight.
And it's located next to the Water of Leith Walkway, so it's pretty quiet.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a washing/drying machine.

I regularly work from home. I enjoy traveling occasionally and cooking.

I'm looking for someone who is easy-going but considerate regarding noise.
And someone who, ideally, doesn't work from home.
