The room is next to the Meadows and has great morning and afternoon sunshine that shines right into the room! You can see the Meadows and sakura directly from the window. There are no roads around and it's very quiet!
The room is on the 1st floor with a lift.
5-7 mins walk to GS campus and 4-5 mins to ECA. Conveniently located nearby, Sainsbury, boots, Starbuck are all close by, 5-7 mins walk.
There is a bus stop 3 mins walk, bus to Princes Street 20 mins!
The room being rented was a non-ensuite in a four-roommate flat and the roommates were all girls. Shared a bathroom with one roommate, plenty of space, well equipped, bathtub, very clean!
