Central student room available for 3 months

Hello! I'm looking for a full time student to take over my lease in a shared flat at O'Shea South on Holyrood Road (University of Edinburgh managed accommodation). It is available for 3 months from the end of May to August 30th. Rent is in instalments equivalent to £675 per month bills included.

The room is really cosy with a large window, window seat, single bed, wardrobe, desk and book shelf. It's a convenient location, one street from the Royal Mile and 10 mins walk from the George square main campus or Edinburgh Waverly train station. You share with 5 tidy and friendly flatmates (3 girls, 2 boys) studying Masters programs. Bills are included as well as a weekly cleaner! The flat has two modern bathrooms with showers and a large kitchen/living room including sofas, dining table and TV. It's a modern building with underfloor heating, common room, bike store, laundry and an internal courtyard. Please contact me if interested :)
