Looking for professional for council tax reasons

En-suite room available in 2 bed flat in fountainbridge, large top floor flat with balcony in living room and shared balcony between the two bedrooms. Gets a lot of light and is EPC B so generally it stays warm but also has underfloor heating. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Also has a washing machine/dryer. New boiler and gas central heating.

You’ll be sharing with Will, 26 year old male , has a background in human rights law, does a lot of rock climbing and is outdoorsy but likes the pub aswell as nights in too. Looking for a clean flatmate who is relaxed , always welcomes more plants for the flat too.

Shared parking space.

Not included in the rent is: Council tax at £129.50 each a month , gas and electric bills have been about £60 each a month but hopefully less coming warmer weather and £17.50 each per month for WiFi.

Can be flexible with the move in date if needed.
